I’m Adam McDonnell, a professional midfielder from Dublin, currently playing for Bohemians in the League of Ireland Premier Division. My journey began at Shelbourne, leading to a move to Ipswich Town in 2014. Since then, I've gained experience across various clubs, including Aldershot Town, Boreham Wood, and Sligo Rovers, amassing over 200 senior appearances.

Throughout my career, I've faced challenges—transfers, injuries, and the constant pressure to perform. These experiences have taught me resilience, discipline, and the importance of mental strength. Representing Ireland at youth levels was a proud achievement, highlighting the value of dedication and hard work.

Now, I'm committed to mentoring young players, especially midfielders, helping them navigate the complexities of the game both on and off the pitch. Whether it's understanding positional play, building confidence, or making smart career choices, I'm here to share the insights I've gained over the years.
